WE had trouble getting this monitor to ‘engage’ on the charger. It was also had alot of static. Wouldn’t expect all of these problems with something in this price range. Returned it for refund.

We’re about 40 feet from the baby’s room, with a couple of walls between us, and the monitor frequently cuts out on us. To answer the question from the commenter on the other review similar to this one, the cell phone reception in our house is pretty good.
So in our case, the 2000 foot claim is nowhere near the truth.

This monitor works very well. If you are looking for a monitor that won’t pick up the neighbors and works at a distance – this is it. The only thing about it, is that it is very small. The only reason small is a bit of draw back, is because you could easily lose it if you are that type of person or have other little kids that might grab it and go. The call back feature from parent unit to monitor works well, but doesn’t work if the monitor piece’s battery is dead. So far, we’ve had it for a few weeks and we have no complaints.

I had high hopes for this adorable monitor, but it had less range than my clunky 5-year old Graco monitor. It lost the signal every time I went outside, and even when I went into a room upstairs! The product claim is a 2000-ft range, but I couldn’t go more than about 50 feet from the base without losing the signal if there was a wall between me and the base. When I contacted the company they suggested placing the base right next to a window but that didn’t help. Needless to say, I am returning it and would not recommend it to anyone.

The monitor is small and travels great for a parent on the move around the house. The sound quality is very clear, but wish the range was a little longer for outside projects. Overall, great monitor for the price!
